Michael H. Rubin
Mike is the head of the Appellate Team of the Baton Rouge office of McGlinchey Stafford, PLLC. He has an active practice in commercial litigation, real property, and finance. He is the author or co-author of twelve books and twenty-four articles for law reviews and periodicals. His numerous publications have been cited as authoritative by courts at all levels in Louisiana and by federal courts.
