Mr. DeRouen is the managing partner of a certified public accounting firm (DeRouen and Wells) with offices in Baton Rouge, LLP, a forensic accounting practice. He has practiced as an accountant since 1977, and is presently licensed as a CPA in Louisiana and Mississippi. Mr. DeRouen is also certified as a business appraiser and forensic accountant by the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (CVA).
